Taste & Toast to lift spirits downtown beginning Monday
Five nights of specially priced bottles and bites at over 25 downtown Milwaukee restaurants
Taste & Toast
Taste & Toast, a new happy hour event coordinated by Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21, will heat up restaurants, bars and lounges March 2 – 6. The promotion features specially priced small plates, appetizers and libations, alcoholic and some nonalcoholic, from 4 to 7 p.m. at over 25 downtown establishments. Among this year’s participants are: Ale Asylum Riverhouse, Bacchus, Blu, The Brown Bottle, Carson’s, CLEAR Bar & Lounge, Club Charlies, Coquette Café, Cubanitas, Distil, Harbor House, Indulge, Karma Bar & Grill, The Knick, Mason Street Grill, Mi•key’s, Miller Time Pub & Grill, Millioke, Milwaukee ChopHouse, Monarch Lounge, Onesto, Port of Call, Rumpus Room, Smoke Shack, Swig, Tulip, Umami Moto and Water Buffalo.
As an extra incentive for participating in Taste & Toast, Milwaukee Downtown will award $350 in dining gift certificates to two patrons. To enter, diners will be encouraged to complete a Taste & Toast survey following their experience at www.milwaukeedowntown.com. At the conclusion of the event, two completed surveys will be randomly drawn.
Menus of Taste & Toast participants are available for preview at www.milwaukeedowntown.com. Taste & Toast is a prelude to Downtown Dining Week 2015, which will take place June 4 – 11.
