5th Annual WMSE Backyard BBQ
Music, food and fun for the whole family.
WMSE would like to thank you for your ongoing support by hosting a good old fashioned Backyard BBQ. The team here has managed to put together a stellar line up. Performances include – Los Straitjackets, Split Lip Rayfield, Indigenous, and Mike Benign Compulsion.
Station Manager Tom Crawford stated, “This event has become a keystone in our efforts to give back to our sponsors and contributors for their ongoing support of WMSE. We would not be here without you and from the very bottom of our hearts we thank you.”
All the fun kicks off on Saturday, Sept.6 from 4 to 10 p.m. in our backyard at Cathedral Square Park at the corner of Jefferson and Wells and this year we are thrilled to be a part of Milwaukee School of Engineering’s Freshman Welcome Week.
Your support of WMSE means we can continue to bring you the best in music programming be it Dewey Gills’s Big Band on Saturday mornings, The Blues Drive, Orgullo Latino, Local Live or our indie rock shows.
