By - Dec 1st, 2011 04:00 am

In honor of those who serve in the military, TCD presents a series of conversations with veterans who live and work in the Milwaukee area. Click here for Part One with Ted Lasser of VETransferhere for Part Two with David Pelis of Dry Hootch, and here for Part Three with Dan Van Buskirk of Guitars for Vets. This is Part Four.

Sam Stein was a broadcast journalist with the Armed Forces radio and television services in the Army Reserve during the Gulf War. When we sat down to discuss his current work at VETransfer, it was clear he was no stranger to a microphone.

Sam is starting a company called Creative Talent Productions and his business is based in the VETransfer office. He is developing a cooking show called “Yum Yum in your Tum.” The focus of his show will to showcase new ways to enjoy healthy, natural, fresh foods in ways that anyone can prepare and cook on their own.

Sam enjoys having the support of his fellow veterans at the VETransfer office in the development of his business in the company of individuals with whom he has a common bond.
